AMADA Optical Profile Grinding Machine GLS-150 GL
Optically controlled profile grinding of carbide, µ – accurate! For reworking and new parts. An outstanding universal classic for path-controlled grinding with radius grinding wheels. Where other technologies fail because of the smallest allowances, this grinding process prevails. Universally applicable for rotary parts or in stroke grinding. Whether handwheel or CNC controlled, the smallest dimensions can be controlled and ground with optics + CCD camera.

AMADA DV1
The µ on contours with optical control for unmanned grinding.
One of the most advanced technologies in machining. A CCD camera compares the image of the workpiece with the CAD target contour and converts deviations into control commands. In path stroke grinding with radius grinding wheels, the finest punches made of carbide with run-out radius can be measured and ground in one clamping. A robot takes over the workpiece and grinding wheel change for unmanned machining of new parts. The series here consists of various individual parts.

AMADA Meister G3
Meister G3
The universal CNC surface and profile grinding machine processes small parts in a fast stroke, extremely precisely and safely. It can be combined with various dressing systems and can also be programmed externally. The Meister G3 is very compact and offers a very wide range of high-end machining options, from teach-in set-up and manual grinding of individual surfaces to complex profile and path grinding.
Meister G3 UP
The universal machine variant with automation. It links individual parts to form a series. With a robot for changing grinding wheels and pallets on a rotary table, it is able to grind 5 sides with high precision and automation. Here, too, the automatic measuring probe and an automatic grinding wheel measuring system are used. A new era of flexibility and unmanned machining in surface grinding of small parts.

AMADA Techster Serie
TECHSTER 52
The small manual machine for high demands with fast stroke. Individual surfaces are precisely sanded on the face or flat side, typical of AMADA. The set-up with logic functions already generates sanding programmes in the background. This is easy for the operator, but it offers the dedicated professional even more.
TECHSTER 64
It is best suited to classic toolmaking with more size when it comes to variations of surface grinding and high surface quality and flatness are decisive. This reliable manual machine can do a lot. With programme combinations, the operator quickly reaches his goal. Whether manual or automated and, if required, also with profiles.
TECHSTER 84
Size and compactness combine this CNC surface and profile grinding machine with reliability up to the high-end range of profile grinding. AMADA features such as automatic measuring probe, swivelling dressing wheel that can be regrinded on the machine or automatic balancing and probing control characterise the high standard in universal toolmaking.
TECHSTER 104 bis 126
More working space and expanded modular diversity are characteristic here. With AMADA equipment and external programming, the possibilities expand to include high-performance grinding of complex geometries, multiple clamping on the table or with workpiece changer – even for different workpieces. Here, too, 3D programming is the cornerstone of unmanned machining with measurement-controlled grinding.

Surface grinding with rotary table
AMADA SSR-5
The flat rotary table grinding machine for mass and rotary parts with special performance. Here, the infeed takes place via the lifting rotary table. In combination with the overhang-free cross axis, this results in exceptionally high stability. The result is precision, higher infeed and thus the short machining time that is so important for series production.
