Established in 1946 by Mr Isamu AMADA, today’s group is composed of 90 companies and subsidiaries all over the world. Their main businesses are the manufacture, sale, lease, repair, maintenance and inspection of metalworking machines and equipment. Originally dedicated to the production of saws, its founder drove the company to innovate through the design and manufacture of bending machines. Seventy years later, with over 3100 patents, AMADA has 9250 employees. In that respect, Amada has turned out to be one of the worldwide leaders in this field of industry.
